With an integrated talent management platform that utilizes people analytics to deliver next-gen leadership and team development solutions, SurePeople combines transparency, agility and innovation to enhance employee and business relations.
When I joined this project as a Senior Product Designer at WJY Studios, SurePeople was at a crossroad of figuring out how to transition their web presence without compromising their already established brand identity.
In an effort to ensure the company branding stayed in tact while giving the digital space a complete overhaul, the goal was to offer two distinct design options during the discovery phase of the project. This enabled us the chance to showcase a conservative and a more modern design approach which would ultimately result in a more minimal aesthetic.
Data can be a gift and a curse in the world of design. In this case it was both. Having been given insight on exactly how they gathered and implemented data into their product, the challenge was to make it look and feel more approachable. The solution — utilizing SurePeople's existing data modules and updating them with a more refined design.
Built on a fully responsive design system, and building off the minimalist approach to desktop, we ensured a smooth and seamless transition to mobile which included re-invisioning the navigation.
